About The Role:

Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney and Corporate Director (non-equity partner) Attorney to join our team. The ideal Associate candidate will have 4 to 7 years and Director candidate will have 8+ years of corporate transactional experience with M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents, operating agreement, shareholder agreements, and commercial agreements.
