Job Description

  • Reviewing/Draft agreements and contracts as requested.
  • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
  • Providing advice and assistance on legal issues.
  • Handling administration jobs e.g. corporate registration, visa & work permit, etc.
  • Doing legal research.
  • Providing necessary information about new laws and regulations.
  • Providing and arranging all necessary documents/tasks required when having BOD and shareholders meetings.
  • Coordinating, collecting, and managing all documents related to the meeting of directors and shareholders.
