This role involves a dynamic mix of high-stakes transactional work and strategic advisory services. You will be instrumental in all phases of mergers and acquisitions, from complex structured acquisitions and strategic divestitures to intricate corporate carve-out transactions. The position also entails a significant focus on capital markets, guiding both public and private entities through various financing initiatives, including initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements, and venture capital financings. You will draft and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including those related to licensing, technology transfers, research and development collaborations, and supply chain logistics.
