Management Responsibilities and Duties Develop, manage, and optimize the annual overall Marketing operating budget under the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Establish a performance measurement system using KPIs and OKRs for the Marketing Departments functions and personnel. Manage and assign tasks, provide training, and develop the capabilities of employees within the Marketing Department, including PR, Design, Content, Events, and other functions. 2. Professional Responsibilities and Duties 2.1. Corporate Brand Strategy and Brand Architecture Management Plan and develop the Groups overall brand positioning strategy.
