Corporate Officer

Your mission

• Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis in the areas of Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate)
• Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings
• Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
• Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings
• Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio
• Liaising with notaries and international law firms
• Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar position in Luxembourg 
• You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law
• Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
• You show exceptional organizational skills and are able to multitask...
