Corporate Paralegal

About the Role:

The Paralegal serves as a key member of Wyyerd's Legal Department, providing high-level support to the Associate General Counsel. This role manages a broad range of legal and compliance functions related to corporate governance, employment law, contracts, and risk management. The ideal candidate brings experience in corporate legal work, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and judgment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program strongly preferred.

1-3 years of paralegal experience required. Experience in a corporate legal department or in-house counsel environment preferred.
