About the Opportunity

CB Partners is partnering with a fast growing company with both domestic and international operations to identify a Corporate Paralegal for an exciting contract opportunity. This position offers flexibility for either part time or full time hours and will support a busy transactional legal team in a fast paced, high growth environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial agreements, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

This is an open ended contract engagement expected to last at least six months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
