Corporate Paralegal 

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support a busy corporate/commercial legal practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a variety of corporate filings and transactions, and prides themselves on accuracy, organization, and client service.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Prepare and file annual returns and maintain corporate minute books

Manage incorporations, revivals, dissolutions, name changes, director changes, and other routine corporate matters

Support lawyers on corporate/commercial transactions, including due diligence, drafting documents, and coordinating closings

Prepare filings with the Alberta Corporate Registry, Personal Property Registry, and Alberta Land Titles

Maintain organized project workflows using firm systems (Asana, NetDocs, Outlook)
