This role focuses on coordinating transaction documentation, organizing closing materials, and assisting attorneys with a wide range of commercial property matters across domestic and international deals. The ideal candidate brings strong document management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys with the preparation and circulation of closing documentation for commercial real estate purchases, sales, leases, and financing matters in North America and Europe.
• Create and maintain transaction checklists, follow up on outstanding items, and help keep deal milestones on schedule.
