Job Description
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate company business plans and strategic initiatives
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve business performance
- Prepare and manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis
- Monitor business performance and provide regular reports to management
- Handle regulatory reporting requirements, including OJK reports
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Support communication with Japanese stakeholders and headquarters
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation in both English and Japanese
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
