Procurement Strategy & Governance
Implement and continuously refine the centralized procurement framework across the region.Maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure procurement integrity in all dealings.Ensure compliance with BESIX procurement policies, contractual standards, and governance rules.Digital Procurement Systems
Work within digital procurement platforms and lead further system enhancements and integration (Felix or other / Candy / 4PS).Standardize workflows, approval systems, templates, and reporting.Train project teams and ensure full adoption across all business units.Project Support & Operations Integration
