The Team

Fidelity’s Technical Talent Acquisition Team is a comprehensive TA function with full life cycle recruiting responsibilities with the ability to attract high quality talent to the organization. As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be assigned to a specific technical business unit and will be responsible for all aspects of hiring from the initial stage of hiring manager engagement, all the way through offer.
