The Company
Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint a Corporate Restructuring Senior Manager to their Dubai, UAE office.
The Role
- Review and agree actions required with the client/stakeholders and agree implementation plans
- Solve complex problems and illustrate benefits of the implementation plan to potential investors
- Recognise and deal with the complex implications of the restructuring (i.e. tax and cross border issues) utilising the Firm’s internal network of professionals
- Liaising with investment managers, administrators, lawyers, and regulatory bodies
- Staff management and team performance
- Business development and practice development
The Candidate
- Degree educated
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/ CPA / JIEB or equivalent
- Considerable Corporate Restructuring and Financial Advisory experience
