Opportunity Description
I. Position Summary
- Manages sales group within the assigned area
- Manages the needs and concerns of all branches within assigned area, including but not limited to administrative requirements
II. Responsibilities
- Makes sure group attains the quarterly and annual group sales target
- Trains and develops competitive sales team leads
- Second approves (Noted) unit costing computation and quotations
- Makes sure that all teams within assigned area are accredited by financing institutions
- Monitors monthly team pipeline and consummated reports. Reports the same during upper management sales meetings
- Makes sure that all team under assigned area has no floating accounting transactions
- Develops a sales group strategy to maximize team efficiency
- Builds and maintains client relations
