We are dual-licensed as an ACRA Registered Filing Agent (RFA No. FA ) and an MOM-licensed Employment Agency (EA Licence No. 24S2343) , serving high-net-worth families, single family offices, and cross-border businesses through three integrated business lines: corporate secretarial, immigration & HR, and accounting & tax.
Our partners come from Big 4 backgrounds with 10–15+ years of experience and hold ISCA, ACCA, and CPA Australia credentials. We work with leading banks (DBS, OCBC, UOB, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citi) and digital banks (Aspire, Airwallex, ANEXT) to deliver seamless onboarding for our clients.
