As a Corporate Services Manager / Senior Consultant , you will lead the delivery of end-to-end corporate services and regulatory compliance solutions for a diverse portfolio of UAE-based and international clients.

This role combines technical expertise, client advisory, and operational leadership , ensuring that all company formation, licensing, and ongoing compliance requirements are executed efficiently and in full alignment with UAE regulatory frameworks (mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions) .
