Corporate social responsibility manager

Minimum 5 Years of proven work experience with track record as CSR Fund Raiser and Govt Companies, CSR Project Execution, Delivery and Compliances as per Project of Donor company.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective fund raising for Trust. (Min 3 to 5 times of salary)
1. CSR, HNI and Crowd Fund Mobilization,
Identify and approach companies, PF/LLP, HNI, Trust and other entity for funding opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with Donors’ entities.
Research CSR policies, priorities, and funding cycles of companies.
2. Proposal Development
Prepare project proposals, concept notes, presentations, and funding requests.
Align organizational projects with corporate CSR objectives and statutory requirements.
3. Donor Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with corporate donors.
Organize meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Ensure donor satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
