The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality corporate law to include:
- Approx 70% transactional work. 30% commercial
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Share restructures
- Employee ownership trusts
- SPV / Joint ventures
- Succession planning
- Family Farming Partnerships
