A centrally located Corporate boutique is seeking a talented Partner or Legal Director (Senior Associate level also considered) to join its busy Corporate department. General Corporate caseload withe deal values to £50m. Salary will be dependent on experience and network, and upwards of £100,000.

The successful candidate will join an ambitious law firm, acting on behalf of large international corporates and UK companies, across diverse sectors, with a particular emphasis on the acquisition of start-ups and strategic buys. The Legal Director or Partner will work on an existing high quality caseload , partnering with household names on interesting projects.
