Corporate Training Consultant

We're looking for Corporate Training Consultant to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective businesses and help them enrol in our business-transforming tech courses
Understand students' needs and recommend the most suitable course pathway
Follow up with warm leads via CRM, calls, and WhatsApp
Achieve daily talk-time and monthly sales targets
Work closely with your Corporate Training Manager and team to hit team goals and compete for top performance bonuses
Receive hands-on coaching and scripts to help you close better, faster
What We're Looking For
Prior telesales or inside sales experience preferred - but coachable fresh candidates welcome
Excellent communication skills and confidence over the phone
Resilience and hunger - you're driven by targets and rewards
Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsiveness
Must be comfortable making high call volumes and hitting activity metrics
