Corporate/Real Estate Attorney

Buckley King seeks a mid-level associate with at least three years of experience in real estate and corporate law to join its Cleveland office. The successful candidate will bring strong drafting skills and broad transactional experience, including real estate and general corporate. Strong academic credentials and admission to the Ohio bar are required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of real estate and corporate experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Experience handling commercial and real estate transactions
• Financing experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
