Talent pool – cost manager supporting delivery of buildings, villas, mixed-use developments, and theme park projects across the Middle East
Ensures effective cost planning and financial control aligned with contractual requirements. Manages cost estimation, budgeting, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle, while monitoring variations, claims, and change control in coordination with project teams and contractors. Provides cost reporting, forecasting, and value engineering support to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and financial objectives.
