Salary: £35,000 per annum.
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well‑known brand in a fast‑paced, high‑footfall setting where no two days are the same.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team, delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store’s overall performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Costa store
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations during busy service periods
Full-time Management & Operations
