Desired Profile: Civil engineering graduate + Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry or Civil engineering graduate + PG after engineering (Preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, delivery skills Experience in cost consultancy/ billing department/ site execution/experience in working at the cost control division of the Developer Knowledge of the SAP system would be an added advantage Requirements The Deputy Cost Engineer will support all cost-related functions, including quantity verification, bill checking, cost monitoring, and preparation of financial updates for the project. Verify quantities executed at site based on drawings, site inspections, and measurement sheets. Assist in reviewing contractor/vendor RA bills with proper supporting documents.
