Costing Accountant

We are looking for a Costing Accountant to provide guidance on cash management and day-to-day company expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts receivable, document bills, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt, and gathering appropriate signatures.
• Gather payroll expenses and input into the appropriate entry line.
• Prepare quarterly budget under the purview of senior management.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
• Provide regular reports on costings, variances, and actuals.
• Able to process source info on Pastel and generate the respective reports for decision making.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts.
