Counsel (Independence Title - Texas Based)

**Independence Title in the Texas area,** a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a candidate for a **Counsel** position. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

**The Counsel position is responsible for:**

+ Escrow and Title Support – motivating, providing guidance for, and effectively communicating with staff
+ Assist with Staff Growth and Development – support the training and development goals of the Company
+ Business Development Engagement- Develop and Maintain relationships to generate business for the Company
+ Legal & Underwriting Support- Assist Company Counsel and Chief Title officer with legal matters, claims, underwriting and title operations as needed
