Counsellor (Head/Senior)

We are seeking a Senior Counsellor to join a growing charity unit dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs and their families .

This role is ideal for someone who is both clinically grounded and operationally strong, with a passion for building meaningful services from the ground up.

• Lead the setup and development of a new counselling unit within the organization
• Provide oversight and supervision of a counselling team
• Manage day-to-day operations, workflows, and service delivery standards
