Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for youths experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges Provide individual (or group counselling) using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care Deliver family counselling and caregiver support to strengthen home environments Assess and manage risk (e.g., self-harm, suicide, abuse) and implement appropriate intervention and safeguarding procedures Collaborate with schools, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Plan and facilitate mental health workshops, outreach programmes, and preventive initiatives in the community Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Participate in case conferences, supervision, and ongoing professional development Requirements Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's/Masters degree in Counselling, or Ps...
