Job Description Position: Counsellor (SIS) Department: Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Psychology Unit Location: APD Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Unit Head- Psychology / Senior Psychologist Job Purpose To provide counselling, psychosocial support, behavioural intervention, and rehabilitation services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, learning difficulties, behavioural challenges, and psychosocial concerns within Shradhanjali Integrated School (SIS) and rehabilitation programmes. The Counsellor will work closely with beneficiaries, families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance emotional well-being, participation, inclusion, and overall quality of life through evidence-based and family-centred interventions.
