Counter Sales, Billing & Delivery Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Counter Sales

• Handle walk-in customers at the counter professionally and efficiently
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products
• Maintain product knowledge and assist in upselling / cross-selling
• Ensure counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times

Billing & Invoicing

• Generate accurate sales invoices, receipts, and delivery challans using billing software
• Process cash, UPI, and credit transactions; maintain daily cash register
• Reconcile daily billing records and report discrepancies to the supervisor
• Maintain proper records of GST-compliant invoices and returns

Customer Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers
• Handle customer complaints, queries, and product returns promptly
