Counter Sales Staff

About the Role:  We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, we want you to help our clients craft their dream vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients directly at the counter and over the phone to understand their travel needs.
• Curate, design, and sell highly customised holiday packages tailored to customer preferences.
• Draft detailed, accurate, and engaging travel itineraries.
• Handle end-to-end booking processes and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Travel with and manage group tours for both domestic and international trips, ensuring a seamless experience for the travellers.

Requirements:

• Education:  Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
