Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.

Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications. 1 year sales experience in a hardware retail, wholesale or similar environment. 1 year carpentry experience would be advantageous. Ability to perform basic calculations accurately. Well developed problem solving and analytical skills. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Must be able to work under pressure. Key Performance Area Accurate processing of order requests received from customers. Accurate processing of sales made by customers.
