Country Manager – Mexico & the Americas

Your mission

At Astrafy, we are builders obsessed with the rapidly evolving landscape of Data and Generative AI. We are scaling fast, and our sights are now set on the Americas. Given our deep connection to Spanish culture, we have chosen Mexico as our strategic launchpad to expand our operations across the region.

We are looking for our first employee in Mexico to lead this expansion. We don’t just want the best resume; we want the right person. We need a zero-to-one builder who shares our exact operating system, loves getting their hands dirty, and thrives when tasked with growing an entity from scratch.

Your profile

As the Country Manager for Mexico, you will be the foundational pillar of our operations in the Americas. You will wear multiple hats—ranging from business development and operations to hiring and strategy. You won't have a large team to delegate to on day one; you will be the one making things happen.
