Responsibilities:
- Lead the country managers / sales heads and help them to develop and manage different sales channel, agents and distributors across the country.
- Market development for new product opportunities, tracking market landscape
- Manage direct global key account.
- Accomplishes THE COUNTRY sales human resource objectives by communicating job expectations;
