Country Manager

We are now looking for a motivated and sales‑oriented Country Manager to join our team in Finland.

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead and develop Fogmaker’s operations in Finland with full responsibility and a unique opportunity to build a strong and sustainable local business.

In this role, your main responsibility area is to drive the company’s growth in alignment with Fogmaker’s international strategy. Your mission is to establish a strong market presence, lead and build our high‑performing local team, and create a profitable and scalable business in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the long‑term strategy for the Finnish market
• Work directly with designated OEM/other strategic customers, developing long‑term business relationships and identifying key partnerships across prioritized business segments and regions
• Leading and building a local team to support sustainable growth
