Country Manager

About the Role:

As the senior in-country leader, you will have full accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, compliance, and people management across all business units. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships, and expanding the Groups footprint in Zambia

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Own and manage the full country P&L, budgets, reporting, and audits to ensure financial performance and governance.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure complete adherence to Zambian regulatory and tax requirements with zero penalties.
