Country Protection Manager (Bogotá)

The Danish Refugee Council is a humanitarian organization dedicated to protecting displaced people in Colombia. The Protection Manager will serve as the Country Technical Sector Lead for protection programming, providing technical leadership and managing the Protection Technical Unit.

Responsibilities

• Program Strategy & Program Development
  • Support contextual revision and rollout of the DRC Colombia Protection Strategy, ensuring alignment with the country strategy.
  • Lead strengthening of protection mainstreaming across all phases of DRC's projects.
  • Proactively engage in bilateral coordination with local and international NGOs to refine referral and partner networks.
  • Contribute and lead technical design and review of concept notes, logical frameworks, budgets, and proposals.
