Opportunity Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Country Road Group People Services team at Support Centre as a People Services Coordinator.
In this role, you will act as a trusted administrator and first point of contact for our Frontline Team Members, Line Managers, and People Business Partners. You will provide guidance and support on people-related matters and help deliver practical, efficient HR solutions that ultimately enhance the team member and customer experience.
This is a great development opportunity to gain experience in the People team and contribute to key employee touchpoints across the business. Please note this is a fixed term contract role until April 2027. Please note this is a VIC based role, located in our Burnley support centre.
