Opportunity Description
- Develop the annual country sales plan, cascade regional targets, and ensure achievement of key KPIs including revenue, profit, and market share.
- Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements with key accounts (e.g., multinational laboratory chains, public hospitals, Ministries of Health) in collaboration with distributors.
- Continuously monitor IVD market trends (hematology, immunoassay, chemiluminescence, molecular diagnostics, POCT, etc.) and adjust product strategies to address competitive dynamics.
- Team Building & Management
- Build and manage a localized sales team, implement performance management systems, and drive capability development.
- Establish cross‑cultural collaboration mechanisms to ensure effective alignment and execution between the country team and China headquarters.
