Course Enrollment Advisor – Dubai

Eton Institute is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Course Enrollment Advisor to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, achieving sales targets, and helping learners find the right training solutions to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone, email, online, and face-to-face consultations. Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Follow up on leads, quotations, registrations, and pending enquiries. Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets. Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
