We are currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across Flintshire. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and are looking for flexible work within education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and help maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Job Specification
Working as a Cover Supervisor can be a very rewarding but very demanding role. Schools may wish to employ staff for cover supervision but on occasions where they are not needed for cover, they might also be released to provide additional support to Teachers in classrooms, or to carry out administrative tasks.
