Job Title: Cover Supervisors

Salary: £90-£130 a day

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher.
• Ensure students remain engaged and complete set tasks.
• Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students' well-being and emotional needs.
• Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff.
• Adhere to the school's policies and procedures at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is an advantage).
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a calm, positive atmosphere.
