Are you confident in managing a classroom and passionate about making a difference for students with additional needs?

Vision for Education is seeking Cover Supervisors and highly experienced Teaching Assistants to work across a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in North Somerset and the surrounding areas from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in education or youth work to step into a lead classroom role—with full training and support provided.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor in an SEN setting, you will:


  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
  • Support students with SEND and SEMH needs in small classes or one-to-one
