We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join our team here at Skegby Junior Academy!
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team to deliver high-quality learning. This role involves covering classes during planned and unplanned absences, including PPA, managing pupil behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment to enable every child to be the best they can be, everyday!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom discipline.
- Liaise with teachers and senior leaders to ensure continuity of learning.
- Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted support to improve pupil attainment.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour.
- Assist with all aspects of the school day when classroom cover is not required.
