A passionate individual who thrives in a farm environment and possesses a strong understanding of animal behavior will excel in this position.

Responsibilities

• Safely and calmly guide cows to and from the milking parlor according to the farms schedule.
• Ensure cows are handled with care and minimal stress.
• Assist in sorting cows for milking treatment or veterinary inspection.
• Observe cows for signs of lameness illness or unusual behavior and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lanes holding areas and milking zones.
• Support other farm tasks such as feeding bedding or cleaning when required....
