Craft Trainer – Dealain House, Cumbernauld / Glasgow (with travel to other sites)

Full Time / Permanent.

Salary: £43,600 – £54,500 + up to 10% bonus + Private Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality training across a range of craft disciplines.
• Support technical training needs analysis across the business.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training plans for internal and external customers.
• Support product and technique development for operational teams.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of operational safety programmes.
• Ensure training meets business requirements and all Health & Safety legislation.
• Continuously monitor and review training methods for quality and compliance.
• Ensure learning objectives are achieved through effective training solutions.
