Creative Content Producer (Junior to Mid-Level)

Firewater is looking for a highly motivated Junior to Mid-Level Creative Content Producer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social content, understands platform trends, and can independently capture and produce engaging content across a variety of brands and industries. Youll be responsible for both shooting and editing content for social media, from event coverage and on-location filming to in-office editing of platform-native short-form content. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is proactive, adaptable, creatively driven, and comfortable working autonomously. You should be confident capturing content in fast-paced environments, identifying moments worth documenting, and turning footage into engaging short-form assets optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Meta.
