Creative Director

A design agency in Bristol is looking for a Creative Director to take ownership of branding and campaign projects for B2B tech clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll create, lead and deliver outstanding design work across complex programmes. You’ll shape pitches and business development, manage key client relationships, and drive creative standards at every stage.

What you’ll be doing

As Creative Director , you’ll oversee the visual concept and execution across major design projects. Leading project teams and managing creatives, you will make key craft decisions and ensure everything meets the highest standard. You will also be comfortable being hands-on with art direction and design to support your team where needed.
