About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Storyteller, the Creative Director will define and elevate the creative standard across Disrupt.com and its venture portfolio.
This is not a brand custodian role. This is a category-shaping role.
You will lead the full creative function across venture brands, campaigns, product marketing, launch narratives, social presence, and performance assets. You will own the creative expression of an AI-native venture studio building multiple global startups simultaneously.
You will build, structure, and scale a high-performance creative team including art directors, designers, copywriters, motion specialists, video producers, and AI-enabled creators. You will collaborate closely with venture CEOs, GTM leads, product teams, and the Dubai HQ leadership to ensure creative excellence translates directly into growth and measurable business outcomes.
