About XTREMEXXTREMEX is a Delhi-based D2C gymwear and streetwear brand built for people who train hard and dress harder. We‘re scaling aggressively on Meta Ads and moving into offline retail. Our creatives are our biggest growth lever and we‘re looking for someone who can own that engine.
This is not a design role. This is not a copywriting role. This is the person who figures out what to say, why it‘ll work, and how to make it hit then makes sure it gets executed right.
You‘ll sit at the intersection of data, psychology, and culture. You‘ll study what‘s working in our ads, what our customers feel, what our competitors are doing and turn all of that into scroll-stopping creative concepts that drive purchases.
